Sree Amruthavarshinee Peetam is a spiritual education center dedicated to Vedic chanting, Sree Vidya upasana, and the living wisdom of Sanatana Dharma, guided by Sree Veda Vidhyamba Maha Saraswati (Geetha Amma). We offer structured online and in‑person programs that help seekers integrate powerful mantras, stotrams, and sadhanas into daily life 

We offer a wide range of courses including Simple Slokam classes, Sahasranamam (Lalitha and Vishnu), Trishati, Vedic chanting, Sree Vidya upasana, and other specialized stotrams and sadhanas.​ Courses are designed in levels, so beginners and advanced practitioners can both find a suitable starting point. 

Most of our programs are conducted online so that seekers from anywhere in the world can participate. For certain advanced sadhanas and intensive practices, students may be invited to learn directly at the Peetam after completing the required preliminary training. 

Yes. Many students begin with little or no background in Sanskrit or Vedic chanting.
We start with simple slokas and foundational chants, gradually building pronunciation, shruti, and understanding so that you can progress safely into deeper practices.

Sree Vidya is taught with great care, respect, and adherence to tradition.​ Geetha Amma offers Sree Vidya deeksha and advanced upasana only after students complete necessary preparations, foundational chanting, and demonstrate sincerity, steadiness, and readiness for the path. 

Depending on the course, students are usually asked to commit at least 1–2 hours a day for consistent practice.​ Beyond class time, we encourage living with the Divine 24/7 – letting sadhana slowly infuse your thoughts, actions, and decisions throughout the day. 

Students regularly report improvements in mental peace, emotional balance, health, and clarity in life decisions, along with a deepening sense of devotion and inner strength. Many share experiences of visible shifts in family harmony, career situations, and personal healing as they engage sincerely with the chants and sadhanas.

Most structured courses are paid, as they involve intensive teaching, guidance, and ongoing support. At times, we may offer free satsangs, group chantings, or introductory talks through our YouTube channel and online platforms so that more people can connect to the teachings. We offer some free programs as well.

Most teaching happens in small or medium‑sized groups so that energy, discipline, and rhythm are maintained. In specific cases, personal guidance may be offered for deeper issues, special sadhanas, or students preparing for advanced levels of practice. 

Yes, children and teenagers with genuine interest and parental support can join suitable beginner‑level chanting or sloka programs. We recommend discussing the child’s age, attention span, and comfort with us so we can guide you to the right group. 

Yes, the Peetam organizes special homas, pujas, group sadhanas, and temple yatras from time to time, guided by divine intuition and the needs of the sangha.
Students who are part of our programs are often invited to participate in these as an extension of their learning and sadhana. 

Our work is firmly rooted in Sanatana Dharma and the Vedic/Sree Vidya tradition, yet open to all sincere seekers regardless of background or nationality. ​  We focus on experiential understanding and inner transformation rather than conversions, dogma, or external labels.
